31. Wailord
A stage 1 with 180 HP, Wailord might have been playable if it didn't suffer from sucky attacks. While "Swallow Up" can do 100 for four, which is pretty good, you'll probably never get that kind of Energy attached to a Wailord, and even if you do, it'll get knocked out sooner or later. They have four turns to damage Wailord, and by then you won't have such high HP. The first attack heals on coin flips, which makes it a little bit better, but in general this isn't that much better than the Wailord from Supreme Victors.

32. Dragonair
Better than the Dragonite from LA, "Search and Invite" grabs you two Pokemon of your choice... that's like using two Luxury Balls! Too bad we don't have a playable Dragonite in format...

33. Electabuzz
High HP, high retreat cost, bad attacks. The only Electabuzz in format, unfortunately, so for Electivire users, it will have to do.

34. Electrode
Outclassed by Raichu from GS.

35. Haunter
Say hello to the best Haunter in the current format. Although the HP isn't the best, it makes up for that with a totally free retreat cost and an attack that can set up for "Shadow Room" kills. "Sleep Poison" is also very efficient, two special conditions for two Energy? Yes please. If you're playing Gengar, you've got two throw these in to replace your AR/SF Haunters.

36. Kangaskhan
It's Kangaskhan... what, were you expecting a playable one?

37. Lairon
80 for three Energy on an evolving stage 1? Nice. If you could find time to charge it up and a playable Aggron, he'd be awesome. But unfortunately neither of those exist.

38. Lickilicky
10 snipe for every Energy is decent, "Stick and Absorb" tanks a little bit. If you want a sniping deck, throw in Garchomp C Lv.X. If you want a tank, play Steelix Prime or Dialga G Lv.X. Totally outclassed right now.

39. Luvdisc
"Rendezvous Draw" is so dumb I laughed out loud. "Distorted Wave" is cool for donking... Unown Qs, of course. I can't think of a more useless prize to give Luxray. It's so useless they might not even pick it off your bench. That's how useless it is.

40. Machoke
Best Machoke in format. "Knuckle Down" is basically Machoke SF's Brick Break for one less Energy. That and an extra 10 HP give it an extra chance not to get sniped off the bench by Garchomp, assuming they don't carry a Crobat in their current hand.

41. Magby
Don't get me started...

42. Magmar
Much better than Electabuzz was. Unfortunately there are not too many playable Magmortar in the current format.

43. Magneton
Awesome Magneton, 20 for 1, what more do you want? "Tri Attack" is flippy, but if you have to use it, it can do decent damage. I'm not going to call this the best Magneton in format just yet, but it isn't shabby at all.

44. Marowak
Nice Marowak, for once. "Bonermang" at least yields high damage on the coin flips, even just 60 for two is great. For two Fighting Energy, if you or your opponent just happen to throw a Stadium into play, that's 80 damage right there. For two Energy. With an Expert Belt, we're looking at 100 for two Energy on an 110HP stage 1. Not bad, but Donphan Prime, though lacking the same amount of brute force, is much faster and is a lot fatter (oh bitter irony). The retreat cost is much, much better, though.

45. Nidorina
Nothing much to say here.

46. Nidorino
Ditto.

47. Pidgeotto
Nice Pidgeotto. "Twister" can disrupt a little bit Energy-wise.

48. Piloswine
Not the best Piloswine out there and it would be difficult to find a decent Mamoswine out there.

49. Porygon2
Obviously "Mapping" combos with the new Marowak and Staraptor FB Lv.X. Stadium searching is nice and it's the only Porygon2 we've got right now. The new Porygon-Z absolutely sucks, so we'll have to wait for a better Porygon to use.

50. Tentacruel
"Tentavolve" is cool, but you can't build any kind of deck around this dude. And Lightning weakness. *Shudders*

51. Unown
Special conditions aren't too hot right now, but if they become hot then this has some use. Even though I'd much rather use stuff like Warp Energy and Recover Energy to a lesser extent to cure my status problems.

52. Wailmer
Aside from massive HP you'll never attack with it. You just won't.

53. Weepinbell
Good attacks.

54. Yanmega
The Prime is much better.

55. Aipom
Nice "Copycat" attack!

56. Aron
No. Playable. Aggrons.

57. Bellsprout
"Gust of Wind." In an attack. On a basic. Obviously best Bellsprout in the format, great if you're packing Victreebel and tons of special condition-inducing cards.

58. Bronzor
Good attacks.

59. Carvanha
No playable Sharpedos.

60. Cubone
Can't attack too early, plus the attack is bad. But the Poke-Body is nice late-game insurance. Cubone from LA is probably a little bit better, if you're even going to bother making a Marowak deck.

61. Diglett
You should probably resort to Platinum if you're gonna use a Diglett. But then again you should probably get your Dugtrios from that set too.

62. Dratini
No Dragonites.

63. Gastly.
The Stormfront variation is much more effective.

64. Illumise
I could see some weird turn 1 deck playing this with a ton of Volbeats. Has no late-game, but with the new evolution rules in Black and White, aside from Sablelock, this is your best donking deck in the future.

65. Kricketot
Bad basic. Bad evolution.

66. Lickitung
Lol, they only gave Licklicky 10 more HP?

67. Machop
The Stormfront Machop has a much better retreat cost and has a disruptive second attack.

68. Magnemite
And the SF Magnemites retain their previous superiority...

69. Nidoran F
"Poke Radar" is nice in a basic, but without 60 HP, the one from RR will probably see more play.

70. Nidoran M
First attack is nice if you're playing Nidoqueens.

The fourth (and final) part will be up shortly. I'll finish reviewing the sucky commons and then we'll move on to some exciting Pokemon Prime and LEGENDs! See you then!

IMO, the SF Haunter is still superior due to its weakness isn't X2.

I don't think that matters in the bigger scheme of things. Sableye with a Belt 60 damage if they haven't been damaged, plus the 20 from weakness, is a one-hit KO. Honchkrow will also easily one-hit KO a Haunter with two Bat drops, so the x2 weakness in my opinion isn't the most decisive.

Umreon is sooo beautiful. I mean, every good Pokemon out there has a Poke-Power or a Poke-Body. They all will be walled by Umbreon. Luxray GL Lv.X? Warp Point? Cyclone Energy? None of those are a problem.

Umbreon is the BDIF and nothing can destroy it. 30 damage for 1, geez, that makes Machamp SF and Kingdra LA look like stupid baby Pokemon.

And 80 HP. I wish I had that much HP. Seriously, this thing has so much HP, Gyarados SF and Steelix Prime are gonna be so jealous.

I'm voting Umbreon for president.
